See below our policies regarding the rental of our Vans.
What documents do I need?
Each driver will need to email a copy of the following:
Photo-card Driving License (address must be up to date)
Two forms of proof of address dated within 90 days (one must be a Utility Bill / Statement)
Your National Insurance number or DVLA Check Code
Do you allow smoking in your campervan?
By law and for the comfort of all our customers, smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle
Security Deposit
We require a security deposit payment of £500 from the hirer’s debit/credit card upon collection of the campervan to cover any accidents and damages to the vehicle. This amount can vary depending on if the driver has any penalty points or is out of the 25-72 age range.
What happens if I breakdown whilst on hire?
Our campervan is covered with UK 24/7 breakdown assistance, all details will be given to you during the handover process.

How long does the security deposit take to return
The payment will be refunded to the card you used to make the purchase. You cannot refund to another card.
